Beechdean AMR

Beechdean AMR (Aston Martin Racing), are a factory backed team best known for racing in the British GT Championship.

The team are highly successful, and have won multiple championships, including British GT and ELMS.

The team announced on the 1st February 2023 that they are returning to the British GT championship full time, with Ross Gunn to partner team owner Andrew Howard in a GT3 Aston Martin Vantage.

Beechdean AMR is owned Beechdean Ice Cream, which is owned by team driver Andrew Howard.

British GT

Beechdean AMR have had a highly successful career in the British GT Championship. The team initially entered a Ferrari, before switching to Aston Martin.

In 2015, the team won the drivers titles in both the GT3 and GT4 classes of the British GT championship. Jonny Adam and Andrew Howard won the GT3 class, and Jamie Chadwick and Ross Gunn won the GT4 championship. Jonny Adam subsequently moved to TF Sport for the 2016 British GT season.

The team took a break from the championship in 2017, but returned for 2018, with an Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3, driven by Andrew Howard and Darren Turner.

After a further break from the championship, the team announced a return to the British GT, on 1st February 2023. The team is entering a car in the GT3 class, withRoss Gunn to partner team owner Andrew Howard.

ELMS

The team joined the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) in 2015, and won the championship in 2016. The team dropped the British GT championship in 2017, to focus on the ELMS.

Le Mans 24 Hours

The team competed in the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2016 and 2017.

The 2016 driver line up consisted of Andrew Howard, Gary Hirsch, and Liam Griffin.
